  • Beef meatballs to taste or replace boiled quail eggs consistent with taste

  • Salt & powder broth to taste
  • 1-2 pigeon breast fillet, boiled briefly, suwir "
  • Kapri beans to taste
  • Leeks and celery to taste
  • 800 ml
  • 1 liter chicken/beef broth.

How to make:

  • Sauteed garlic, onions and ginger until fragrant, nutmeg powder and pepper powder, stir well
  • Add the broth to the taste, let it boil
  • Add the carrot, leave it until half cooked, then add meatballs, chicken suwir, peanut, mushroom and broth powder, salt, cook all until cooked
  • a couple of moments before the hearth is turned off, add the spring onions
  • Serve with fried onions and celery.
