Fried Shrimp Flour.

Ingredients:

  • 250 GR Shrimp
  • 1 lemon fruit
  • 2 pieces of garlic (puree)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 albumen (shake)

Flour seasoning:

  • 7 tbsp flour 
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1 sheet of small chopped scallion
  • Taste salt and mushroom broth

How to make:

  • Lumuri shrimp with lime, let stand briefly then wash back
  • Marinate shrimp with mashed garlic, salt and pepper
