Fried Gurame Flour.


  • 1 Clean Tail gurame
  • 2 tbsp juice key/thin
  • Salt and powdered pepper to taste

Fried Gurame Layer Ingredients:

  • 1 egg beaten off

Coating (mix in 1 container):

  • 7 tbsp flour 
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt, flavoring, powdered pepper to taste

How to make:

  • Fillet fish, dig flesh, then fish balurine with salt, key citrus juice and pepper powder. Stir
  • Let represent half-hour 
  • Dip the fish into the eggs, then put the fish within the coating flour
  • Roll the fish until it's wrapped in flat, repeat until 2 times
  • Heat oil in small heat until completely hot
  • Then fry the fish in small fire until golden brown color
  • Lift, drain and serve.
