Tod man PLA may be a food originating from Thailand. This meal serves fish and chicken meat. Usually, Thai people prefer fish to function Tod man pla. The fish also are not indiscriminately, but they need red meat . So if in Indonesia, Tod man PLA are often made up of tuna, snapper, Tenggiri, and Gindara.

In Thailand, Tod Man PLA is usually sold by the road vendors. This fish-based meal is typically flavoured with Thai red curry pasta.   • 400 g snapper fillet

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Ingredients to form pickles:

  • 2 pieces of cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 120 ml vinegar
  • 120 g sugar
  • 5 red cayenne pepper, thinly sliced

How to make:

  • Put fish, eggs, coconut milk, cornstarch, and a couple of tbsp oil into a kitchen appliance . Process until smooth.
  • Stir well the fish dough along side red curry paste and delicate seasoning. Enter the beans and lime leaves, stir.
