Delicius Mapo Tofu

Mapo Tofu


  • 1 grain garlic, chopped
  • 1 piece of scallion , slice fine green
  • 250 milliliter water
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp of sugar 
  • 3 tsp Sambal sauce
  • 3 tsp of Indofood's sweet soy 
  • 3 tbsp soy oil
  • 1 cm ginger, grated
  • 3 tsp cornstarch, dissolve with water
  • 150 grams of Shiitake mushroom/Hioko mushroom, dry
  • 1 tbsp Tauco
  • 15 dried Chili Peppers
  • 1 tsp Szechuan sauce

The steps

  • Soak the mushrooms in predicament until soft, drain, gently weld until the water comes out.
  • Mix mushrooms with salt until blended. Add Ang CiU, Mix well and put aside . Let stand 5 minutes. Then dry it employing a kitchen paper. Slice so thin into 4 parts.
  • Heat the soy oil during a frypan , stir the mushroom, sauteed until somewhat tanned, lift.
  • Put garlic, ginger, and dried chili into a wok, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add ketchup sauce, tauco, water, salt, sugar, and soy . Simmer briefly.
  • Enter tofu, stir gently in order that the tofu isn't destroyed. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Enter mushrooms, Szechuan sauce and add cornstarch, stir until blended and thickens. Simmer for two minutes.
  • Enter the scallion, close up the flame. Lift. Serve.
