  • 2 L Water
  • 150 g polished rice
  • 1.5 L chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp oil , for sautling
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 cm ginger, chopped

  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 50 g onion, split 2, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Sprinkles:
  • Cilantro
  • Chili Flakes
  • Shallots, sliced
  • Scallion, sliced

How to make:

  • Boil water and rice until boiling. Reduce heat, cook until a soft rice/pulp. Put the broth, cook until the broth boil. Lift it aside.
  • Heat oil, sauteed garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken meat, pepper, and fish sauce, stir until the chickens change color. Add onions, rice porridge, and salt, stir.
  • Cook for a couple of minutes. Lift.
  • Give sprinkles, serve warm.
