Materials

INGREDIENTS Boiled chicken & broth


  • 1 kg pigeon breast fillet

Hainan Rice Ingredients


  • 5 cups rice, clean wash
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 sections ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil 
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • Taste water boiled chicken stock 
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Ingredients Sauce spreads chicken


  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 sections ginger, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy 
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy 
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil 
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp chicken oil
  • 2 tbsp oil 

INGREDIENTS Sambal


  • 5 Curly Red Chili Peppers
  • 6 Red cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp juice 
  • Taste salt
  • Taste sugar
  • To taste water
  • Other materials

Step
